Delete Your Account

Follow the steps below to request deletion of your SkateXtreme account and associated data. You may request deletion even if you no longer have access to the app.
1. How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to info@skatextreme.com.sg from the address linked to your account.
Use the subject line: “Account Deletion” and include:
- Your full name
- Email used to sign in
- Optional: Student names linked to your account
2. Identity Verification
We verify requests using the email address on file. In rare cases we may request additional confirmation to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.
3. Data Deleted
- Profile information (name, email, preferences)
- Linked student profiles you own
- Enrollments and attendance records tied to your account
- Unpaid or pending payment intents created by you
4. Data We May Retain
Certain records are retained where we have legal or legitimate obligations:
- Invoices, receipts, payment records (bookkeeping, fraud prevention, tax compliance)
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics (non-identifiable)
Financial records are typically retained for 5–7 years in line with regulations.
5. Timeline
- Acknowledgement within 3 business days
- Deletion completed within 30 days of verification (often sooner)
6. Effects of Deletion
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
- Account access and any remaining lesson credits are lost
